Come on all you high flyers!

Yesterday not one person got even close. So since I have been ordered to stay in bed for a few days this is a slightly different view of yesterdays picture to see if we can get somewhere.

From here in Connecticut it looks like a feather. Possibly from a green Pterodactyloid or other extinct flying creature. The spine in the upper left gave it away immediately. Or, maybe not.
