Pah! Too easy. I will have to work on this a bit. Too many of you are getting these Id shots at the moment. Well done all you clever Fire-hose spotters out there!

Correct hose spotters were...
Well everyone really!!!!!

Honorable mentions...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Howard N - Fire hoses they be. The engine is probably a pumper and these hoses are rather short, as they bring the water from the hydrant to the pumps to boost pressure giving the firefighters on the far end of the line the ability to quell the blaze. Or maybe they are just the back end of four nozzles. Net says:-->> Full of information to the end eh Howard? Nice one. LOL... Yeeehaw!
Kathy A - Some sort of pipes. Net says:-->> Yes! Fire hose pipes. Half way there. Yeeehaw!
Sue Wilde - Fire hose connectors, to be used by very strong men in twill fabric suits with wellington boots. Net says:-->> Wow! Into firemen? Cool. Or, should I say HOT! LOL. Nice one Yeeeehaw!
Mike Warren - Firehose. Need a spanner wrench to tighten. Net says:-->> Hear that ladies? You need a wrench to tighten your hose. And there was me thinking you used a garter belt! LOL...
lorihiro - Metal hose connectors used by courageous firefighters! Net says:-->> Yeeehaswwwwss! Yes!
Paula Brumbe - I was going to go with hose clamps, but now I feel obligated to push myself just a bit farther and say that they used for steam pipe fitting so as the steam keeps in the pipes and not spill out providing an excellent facial of steam for me. Net says:-->> Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahyyyyyyha! [t'was a hose tho' - nice one].
Thanks for giving me some wierd ideas. LOL. See ya tomorrow!
[Psssst... think I will try hard to make it more difficult tomorrow.]
Well, I haven’t guessed in awhile so I’ll take a “swat” at it. I’m going to guess it’s a fly swatter. At least that’s what we call them here. (Written out it looks like ridiculous name.)
Well if I had one of those yesterday, I would not have had so many insects and creatures think I was the one for dinner. While over here we call it a fly swatter, it works well on most tiny living creatures to insure they are not
alive for long.
This is a training device for wannabe assassins. You start them swatting and once mastered you move up to heavier weapons such as flip-flops and sandals. So the answer is a residential grade fly swatter.
