Paula Brumbe - @aj1268 I must agree that this was a part of Wall-E, when he had too much dirt on his eyes, he could just spray blue fluid out onto the glass and wipe until clean. It looks to me that whatever it is, it belongs on the left foot rather than the right. If that is the case, either the person who owns this is very light on this feet (foot), or has not worn them in combat. Or maybe... I give up!

Speaking as a born and bread farm girl; We used to have things called "lamb bars"which were a bucket full of milk whith teats put in around the outside to feed the orphaned lambs. I've looked at this shot from every angle and I'm absolutely certain that it's a lamb bar for hydraulic rams.
