Green Stink Bug

These brightly coloured calendulas really stood out after the grey, rainy day yesterday. Today is more showery with some sunny spells. (I sound like a weather girl!). This little stink bug was an added bonus and gave me something to practice my macro focusing on.

@rickster549 Thank Rick. I didn't know that about the smell not coming off so it's just as well this little bug stayed on the flower. I'll be cautious around them in the future.

Nice photo of the larva of the Nezara viridula (vegie bug). The adult of this species will be in my "ears" collage that I will upload tomorrow.
I'm not worried about the smell they make, it's more the damage they cause to crops.
