Some of you, who have followed me for a while, will be tired of hearing about my Diploma studies. So you'll be pleased to hear that, after 2½ years, I submitted my final assignment today - yay! We had to create a website with one cohesive portfolio included in it, a logo we'd designed and links to social media. Here's mine if you wanted a look: https://www.nicholaclarephotography.co.nz/
After submitting the assignment I felt a sense of freedom but it will be short lived as we are being put back into a Level 3 lockdown from midnight tonight. After frantically contacting students, who were due to go to a Camp tomorrow, to let them know it was cancelled, I decided to take the dogs for a last walk in the forest as it gets closed during Levels 3 and 4. We had a lovely walk but then my beloved car decided to break down again on the way home. Sadly I think it almost at the end of its days but it is 23 years old! This was my view while I was waiting for my hubby to be my knight in shining armour and come to my rescue. I almost envied the cows, walking back from milking, who have no idea of the turmoil that goes on in the world. But then I decided, as it's going to be pouring with rain tomorrow, I'd rather be me in a dry house than stood out in a field!
Woohoo - what a great feeling to be handing in that last assignment! What a shame the kids couldn’t get to camp - and a pity yyou guys arr back in level 3 again. I’ll look at your website soon but I’m sure it will be impressive!
Love that ridge of trees. Hope your car's OK - pesky things - you just can't get reliable motors these days, after 23 years I reckon it should just about be through it's teething troubles!
