For behold, the winter is past,
The rain is over and gone.
The flowers have already appeared in the land;
The time has arrived for prunning the vines,
And the voice of the turtledove has been heard in our land.
Song of Songs 2:11-12
Spring is in its full glory now. Our flowers are blooming and every morning the birds are calling to one another, marking territoires and finding mates. I'm enjoying the blue skies of the week before the week end rain arrives. Today's shot was taken at the Old Barn. I believe it's an apple tree- possibly a crab apple, but I can't be certain without seeing the fruit.
