Most of the leaves are off the trees and there are only a few hardy mums dotting front steps with their lovely fall colors. However, once in a while I'm surprised by a splash of brilliant red or vibrant orange from a bush like the one in this shot. I'm not sure what kind it is, but this beautiful sight greets me through the window as I swim laps in the pool.
A real nice fall picture. unfortunately for us the season is over..now we're looking forward to taking snow pictures. I can't I believe I said that just now...I like the snow but not this cold weather...well at least it was sunny today.
you've captured some lovely colours there, ann. it didn't escape me that the scenery on the drive over has changed, everything's dull and brown but with some bushes holding on to their yellowed or reddened leaves. we're thankful for any splash of colours, and we can get that around here on 365! thank you for this.
