@karenann I confess- I don't know if it works. I was doing the food shopping and I was desperate to find something that fit the word "asleep"! @kerristephens Thanks Kerri! @summerfield Thanks Vikki! Please read my comment to Karenann! @httpgeffed Thanks Colleen- see comment to Karenann!
Ooooooooooh!!!!!!!!! My favorite!!!!!!!!! Word of caution: NEVER drink it while at work... I learned that one the hard way! You can't sit at your desk and keep your eyes open long enough to work. That stuff relaxes you to sleep!!!
Thank you Brian, Bruni, Bev, Rick, Tanja, Kimmi and Tina!
I must confess. I have never tried this as a sleep aid- I've never tried it at all. I was food shopping today and desperate for an "asleep" shot. I was tempted to pull a picture of a sleeping grandchild out of my archives, but felt I should keep true to the photo a day rule for once, so when I went down the tea aisle, I remembered that some people use camomile tea to help them fall asleep. For those of you who are wondering if it works, Bev says yes! it does. So take her word for it and don't take mine! lol
@beachradish Thank you Beachradish. It was sort of a lazy take- do the food shopping, grab a shot of a box of tea you aren't even going to buy!! But it was what was handy! I'm glad you like it though. And I love the cobalt blue and sunflower yellow combo!
It turned out okay for a last minute kind of shot. I've never had it so I don't know if if works. But some people say that it does, so I guess it's good to have this option if you don't like relying on drugs.
@woot Thanks Davide! I'm sure there is some sort of herbal tea with a similar combo of chamomile and mint in Italy- if not chamomile is supposedly the tea to drink on a restless night. I've never tried it though. But if you read Bev's post above, she has and says that it does work.
@wardie Thanks Paul! I am not a coffee drinker per se, but there is one place around here that makes mocha frappes which I'm totally addicted to. But if I have one after 4 pm I won't be able to fall asleep until the wee hours of the morning!
@kerristephens Thanks Kerri!

Thanks Carole and Sharon. I have not tried this product or even used it but Bev (see above) has and she loves it. So trust her opinion, not mine!
