November List- steps

I'm using one of the bonus words for November 3rd. It's not that I couldn't find any examples of love to photograph. I just felt like playing around with a shot of my front steps. (o:

Very cool processing! I have been trying to get a cartoony look like this but I keep failing so I just don't do processing or editing. Well done!

@prttblues Thanks Bev! I cropped this shot a bit (it's actually the same picture as the Selective coloring shot} and then put it in the neon effect. After that, I added on the waterfall effect
