This bright and beautiful piece of artwork was made especially for me by my granddaughter Leigh. It is actually a little canvas and I have it hanging on my wall where I see it many times throughout the day. She has definitely inherited her parents' artistic traits in my humble but grandmotherly opinion!

The colors are lovely and remind me of a quote I love but don't know who said it first, "Because she couldn't color within the lies, she drew new lines"
Oh yes- you are all so right about this gift! It's a special one and always will be. The canvas is small- about 3 inches by 4- but it's quite colorful as you can see! And the heart is at the center which really seems to illustrate where the gift was coming from.
