My tag challenge words were portrait and chocolate. I am truly embarrassed to post this entry! My first idea was a silhouette done in chocolate, but there's a reason why I take photos rather than paint pictures! My second idea was to ask the teens in our Sunday School class to pose with chocolate bars this past Sunday, but I forgot to pick up some candy bar props (and bribes!) when I went food shopping on Saturday! My third idea, well, it's pretty lame! What can I say? I was in a rush and really didn't set up the "artist's studio" in the best way, but at least you get the idea of where I was going. And yes, my plate is painted with chocolate. Do not feel as if you have to say something positive about this shot! My about-to-be-7-years-old granddaughter could draw a better picture than this! LOL
I think it's adorable! It sure put a big smile on my face this AM, and it's very creative for the challenge. Good idea!!! I have one of those plates that you can color and add messages each month but am the world's worst artist ;-) But every month I add something nonetheless.

Maggie, we all know how I feel about selfies! There's no way I'd paint my face with chocolate and then take a picture of myself- unless someone was offering me gobs of money!
i rather like it. i think it's kind of whimsical and fun. and unique! would it drive you crazy if i say it's a great shot? because it is. and i'll drive you even crazier because i'm faving it.
