I worked for Judy today and helped set up her Christmas tree. I decided to take a few shots of her sparkly ornaments and Christmas lights. But when it came time to upload them, they looked to ordinary! So I jumped over to Ribbet with this one and played around with it for a while. I have to say, I really like the outcome on this one!
You have a Christmas tree up???? I haven't even thought about Christmas let alone a tree! Perhaps I'll just have a small plant! This is fabulous and very imaginative!
I really like how you used lighting/exposure to maximize the reflection of such beautifully-patterned colors. This ornament looks like a kaleidoscope! :)
@maggiemae Thank you Maggie! Oh no, this is way too early for me to have a tree up. My friend Judy has HER tree up! She puts it up early because immediately after New Years she and her husband travel out of town and they take the tree down before they go. I do put out decorations but usually closer to the 10th. And I don't usually do a tree anymore since we end up traveling to our children rather than them traveling to us. How did that happen?
