Piggy was soooo excited to see the U.S. win their first World Cup game today with two amazing goals! She hopes the teams you were rooting for won too. To celebrate we went outside and posed with a little soccer ball and soccer cleat trinket I used to have hanging from my rear-view mirror during my soccer mom days.
So piggy's back. I have watched all the matches up till now except the USA one, unfortunately. It started at midnight, our time, and I was tired. In cases like this, I record the game on the dvd recorder and watch it later, but this time I forgot.

What a fun shot. It was awesome the USA won! I watched it, too and I was all decked out in shirt and scarf. Had my US flag and a whistle pop and my Minnie Mouse ears on. I had a neighbor take the picture. It came out a bit blurry but it's a really funny shot. I look like a crazy woman.
