My beautiful granddaughter Leigh turned eight on Saturday the 25th but I'd already posted a shot for that day. So here she is opening presents on her birthday posted one day later! I loved the interaction between her and Sam. Most birthday girls would want to do all their own unwrapping but she very graciously directed both Sam and her younger sister Lucy where to tear and pull while she was unwrapping each gift.
My thanks to everyone who commented, fav'd and followed me over the last week. Wow- I'm so blown away from the response and particularly excited to come home from visiting my grandchildren to find out that my Autumn Reflection shot made the Popular Page while I was gone. What a lovely shot. Grandkids are just the best! My eldest grandaughter is in NY at the moment and when she and her boyfriend get home on Friday they move into their first flat! Growing up too quickly
