Lily of the Valley Buds

Since May is my birth month, I am always happy when I see the Lily of the Valley coming up in my garden. It's the flower of May and today I found several stalks with the very beginnings of the little white bells on them.

I feel like we have some sort of weird connection, Ann! Twice now, I've taken photographs of plants that look just like this - but I didn't know they were Lily of the Valley. I love Lily of the Valley! Anyway, I was intrigued by the way they look as they are unfurling, but my tulip pic beat them both days for pic of the day. When I scrolled up and saw your pic, I thought 'Hey! Who posted my pic!'. LOL! This is so pretty - I like it a lot!
