Album Cover Challenge 58

I do enjoy this challenge- especially when I get something that makes sense to me even though they wouldn't normally go together! This time my artist was Ursa Minor the constellation which is better known as the Little Dipper (even though that is only part of the constellation as a whole). The album title comes from this quote:

I had fun digging through my archives for the two pictures that would compose this cover!

@stownsend Thanks Suzi! This was actually very easy- it's just two pictures merged together (the statue and the money) and a texture overlaid on top. Then converted to black and white. You could do it!
