Cross

It is perhaps one of the most confusing and glorious symbols of faith. Some turn away from it. Some gaze in wonder. The Cross was Jesus' destiny and for those who embrace its significance it changes from a symbol of death to a symbol of hope.

When I survey the wondrous cross
On which the Prince of glory died,
My richest gain I count but loss,
And pour contempt on all my pride.

Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast
Save in the death of Christ, my God!
All the vain things that charm me most,
I sacrifice them through his blood.

See, from his head, his hands, his feet,
Sorrow and love flow mingled down.
Did e'er such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown?

Were the whole realm of nature mine,
That were a present far too small.

From left to right- Ellie (Elephant), Panda, Tad, Kay, Pip (white cow), JoJo (horse), Piggy, Horace James (the little hedgehog), Harold (the stuffed hedgehog), Little Blue (koala), Rosie (the red cow), and Petunia (the little pink pig). Did I answer your question? I wasn't sure which figure you were talking about.
