Snowy Blue

I had taken a few pictures for this week's blue shot but in the end the others had too many other colors competing for attention with the blue- and then I remembered taking the snow-bound decorative flag on my front lawn during this week's Nor'easter and decided to make that my blue shot today.

@twinsplusone Yes, I suppose you could call it that. I overlaid a texture on the picture and then erased it on the decorative flag. I then fiddled around with the saturation and vibrance until I liked the tones of the colored texture in contrast with the flag.
