May Half and Half 21

I was out of town this past week-end to celebrate the graduation of my niece from college. I stayed on a beautiful farm in a gorgeous old country manor which had a private room with bath. Oooo- it was little mini-retreat for me! This is a detail on one of the antique chairs in the parlor. Fancy!! And yes, there are plenty more halves from Huddle Hill Farm to come!

This is really pretty, it must have been like a dream (heehee) to stay there. It does seem very elegant and peaceful all at once. How nice of you to attend your niece's graduation. I'm sure that meant so much to her! I wish I could see my nieces and nephew more often.

@sandrajo It was such a great place! I'd never tried using one of those on-line booking things before but this was so much more affordable than a hotel and so much nicer!
