Leigh and Lucy had fun helping me create a magical world for the "place and space" theme in the current composite challenge. All of the components in this picture were suggested by them after I told them how to pose. What a fun theme!
Thank you so much for your enthusiastic response to this composite. Needless to say it's a favorite work of mine particularly due to the models and of course the moon!
Thank you so much Joyce, Phil, Dawn, Ferry, CC and Richard! I have become almost enchanted with this shot- as if I didn't take it at all. Leigh has been taking modeling classes and it shows in the way she poses now. Makes the processing quite easy! I really appreciate all your views, comments and favs!
Thank you Clare, Jo, and Skip! I am quite pleased with this one, and believe it or not Clare this was one of my easier ones! That is probably due to the fact that I was able to pose my granddaughters rather than working with a shot I had from the past.
@homeschoolmom Thank you Lisa! And thanks for the fav! @louannwarren@grammyn
Thank you Katy and Lou Ann- I have to confess I was really hoping this one would make it but I was afraid to look! Thanks for you favs that put it there (sort of because no one really knows how they get there except for the "magic monkeys" I'm told!)
This is wonderful! It looks like a painting or a cover for a magical children's book.
Everything is perfect ... so well done!
Congrats on making top twenty! Well deserved!
And ... Congrats on being shortlisted! Good luck!
@farmreporter Thank you Wendy! I was so excited to see this on the TT- it's probably one of my all time favorite pieces. We'll see how it does in the vote- a double pleasure for me to be sure! And thanks so much for the fav too!
@radiogirl Thank you so much Kathy! No I didn't use either of them. The majority of the overlays were done in Smart Photo Editor but before that Leigh and Lucy were processed in BeFunky to give them that cartoon quality. The birds and stars were added in iPiccy as textures, and then everything was blended- but I'm not sure which program I used for that. I'm also not sure of the order but the basic answer to your question is Smart Photo Editor, BeFunky and iPiccy. SPE is in my computer, the other two are on-line.
@radiogirl You're welcome- I probably won't frame it, but I am working on a book with all the different pictures I've done where I've sent my grandchildren off into places like this.
So creative & fun, lovely colours.
Fav.

@grammyn Awww- thanks!
@skipt07 Thank you Skip! I'm truly honored to be there.
