Do you remember that radio show too? I don’t remember the actual shows much. It was on its way out, as I was on my way in but my parents must have listened to it because the intro is very familiar to me. “Crime does not pay”.
@gardencat I have vague memories of it too- but not from watching or listening to it. That kind of programming usually meant nightmares for me and I didn't like having them so I didn't watch (or listen to) them.
Thank you so much everyone! Believe me- I realized I hadn't taken a shot for the day, pulled up the word and ran into the living room looking for some meager shadow to fit the bill! And the fireplace accessories won out.
