@kerristephens @digitalrn Thanks Kerri- it's the neon processing in picnik in blue. Thanks Rick- other than fooling around with the color it's SOOC. I took the camera and shot straight down into a clear glass on a darker colored tablecloth.

@jmj For this one Jennifer- I used the neon effect in Picnik to change the color of the clear glass to electric blue- but the picture itself was not altered. I then framed it with a simple black border to compliment the dark tablecloth and left the inner portion of the frame white to pick up on the white highlights.
