Milo is still stuck in the Doldrums and try as he might the Lethargians continue to keep him from finding an escape. Whenever Milo thinks he may have found a way out, some dutiful Lethargian lists and ordinance which forbids Milo from doing it. Ordinance #574381 states that "laughter is frowned upon and smiling is permitted only on alternate Thursdays." Milo is warned that anyone violating these ordinances will be dealt with "most harshly". How will Milo escape?
I must say, this was the toughest word yet! It wasn't even a word- unless you spell it out- but my day has been too busy for that!!
