@sangwann Thanks Dione! It's only unhealthy if you eat them every day and do nothing about burning the calories off! Once every 6 or more months is not going to kill you! Realistically though, the stuff in this basket is better for you than 10 of those vitamin and so called health drinks. They have way more sugar and preservatives in them than the beef and potatoes here. You have to be wise about your choices and how active you are after you eat and keep it in balance.
