Boys at the Beach

I was dabbling around with the boys again today. This time I sent them to Cape May, NJ. Boy would I love to be with them on a warm beach building sandcastles right now!
The children look great and so bright - this photo is almost abstract!

I’m loving these!

@maggiemae Thank you Maggie- the original beach scene was a bit subdued so the exposure has been brightened on this one.
@lisjam1 Thanks Lisa- what has amazed me with this is that if you didn't know another shot existed- you'd think this was one picture. When in reality it's three- the boys, the woods and the beach!

I can just see you setting up your easel and capturing this scene!

@allie912 Thank you Allison! I was not much of a painter- perhaps I did not practice enough or have the right training. But thanks to BeFunky I can be a fantasy Impressionist!

@olivetreeann I've been using BeFunky too although I have to also use ribbit for some of the more conventional frames.

This is a stunning effect. You have it down! This could be hanging in a museum.

@allie912 BeFunky does have the border frame- but it is this single strip around the outside. I do save the shot without it sometimes and put frames in on Ribbet or iPiccy- but I'm starting to like the simple single border more and more. Thanks!
@eniaral Thank you Laraine!
@henrir Thank you Henri!
@daisy Thank you Kathryn! I wouldn't mind being at a warm beach right now either!!
@eudora Thank you Diane!
@tara11 Thank you Tara!
@httpgeffed Thank you Colleen! BeFunky.com It's easy to use like Ribbet and has lots of cool "artsy" effects.
@dakotaburns Thank you Donald!
@pflaume Thank you Lisa! It is fairly easy to do really- the computer does the work for you.

Very cool processing. I'd love to be warm now, too! Nice job, Ann!

Great processing, Ann.

I love this image Ann. Fav for me.

This is wonderful...just like a painting!

This is a well integrated composite, I tend to agree with Laraine that this is the most aesthetically pleasing of the "boys" photos so far.

@prttblues @sangwann @jesperani @mrssmith @automaticslim

Thank you Bev, Dione, Jennifer, Carla, and Andy! I've been dabbling with more today as I'm thinking of making a book for them. So there will be more to post- but not all at once!

@vposey Thank you Vickie! I just made the boys a book today out of all the ones I've made. I haven't posted them yet, but maybe on a rainy day.

@fullcircle I love BeFunky! It has a ton of effects that are free. I can't imagine how great their premium things must be because the free stuff is awesome. You'll be having a ton of fun on that site! Thanks Cindy!
