Overexposed Glass in Color

Monday, Monday! Just felt so lackluster today and hardly did anything. I couldn't even seem to shoot an overexposed picture I was happy with. I thought I'd like to compare and contrast the same overexposed shot in black & white and color, but nothing I shot seemed to be all that interesting. This was the best of the lot. You all had such nice things to say about the sponge shot- this picture exists to keep me humble!

I've always wanted a bay window with glass shelving so I could display them, but this house didn't come with one! So the various pieces just sit on the sill.

Thank you Vickie, Laraine, Sally, Henri and Carla. I can't say I like either one all that much. I just couldn't seem to get the lighting the way I wanted it to be on either one. My thought was to have them to compare, but both being equally well done. And neither came out well at all! But some days just go that way.
