Mull Over March word today- lion or lamb to illustrate the old adage "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb." Well, we're about half way through March and I don't see any end in sight to the nasty weather. Another storm is on the docket for tonight and the snow is starting to fall now. I think this year March has decided to enter and exit in the same fashion- as a lion- and its lamb side will stay as small as this little knick-knack on my kitchen window sill.

Thank you Colleen, Cathy and Mary! I can feel the collective wish for Spring coming from all directions! I guess we'll all have to hang in there a little while longer- but, oh boy, when that Spring weather truly arrives, we'll all be dancing in the streets!
Cute shot and I have to agree with you about the month being a lion through and through. That groundhog in Pennsylvania lied through its teeth... Early Spring??? Baaaaah... Oh. Wait.. was that me or this sheep? Nice job, Ann! :)
@digitalrn It would seem to be, wouldn't it? Even the weathermen are now miscalculating! Our 3" storm last night was about twice that! Thanks Rick! @prttblues Thanks Bev! Well, Phil still has 7 more days to get Mother Nature's act together, but even so, if he doesn't come through, do we really want to trust a ground hog to predict the weather? Come to think of it, even our weather people are pretty lousy at predicting it, so why blame the ground hog? (o: @alia_801 lol Alia! You might have something there!
Let's hope that Spring remembers it is supposed to be making an entrance soon.

Thank you Henri, Kerri, Carla and Lisa! So appreciate your comments and views. He was part of a birthday present a few years ago.
