It came!! In early April I entered a contest on Damon Guy's photo website Netkonnexion (If you haven't discovered this gem, go find it!!). There were two pictures which you had to compare and see what was different between the two. Did I ever tell you I love puzzles like that? Well, I sent off my entry thinking I probably did a decent job, however I never expected to win a prize- but I did!! Thanks to my winnings I was able to finally get one of those crystal balls I've been admiring ever since I started on 365. It seemed appropriate to put my new toy on display on my new floor- and just like the floor, it has turned my world upside down!

Maybe a same subject month in June with one week dedicated to a photo toy- like our crystal ball??
@summerfield I'm not actually sure and the box doesn't say. I'm trying to figure out where I put the packing slip! In the meantime, this shot is fairly true to life size- might be a little bigger, it's heavy and for me at least must be held with two hands.
@olivetreeann - whoa! maybe a 12 or 15 mm. mine is 8mm and i can put it in my purse and if camera isn't in the bag it isn't really heavy. heck, when we're taking a respite from photography, we can try and see the future! hahaha!
