Whenever I am processing a shot, there is a point in time when cacoethes occurs. My finger hovers over the neon effect. "What will it look like if I do this?" I scroll down to the Hypnotic effect. I must see what it does to the picture- even if I know I will not use it! How great is it that I had the excuse to use both of them today for the Mad Minute word!!
@salza Thank you Sally! If this makes your eyes go wonky, you should see the one I decided not to post!! Let's just say it looks like Spiderman went through a meat slicing machine and then hit the fan! @kerristephens Thank you Kerri! @yaorenliu Thank you Yao- well, I am always tempted to use them. I guess they are not that dangerous except that over use of them may either drive my followers insane or cause the effects to become trite. @bkbinthecity Thank you Brian! I sent you the article- enjoy! @jesperani Thank you Jennifer! @chrismarfil Thank you Chris! @henrir Thank you Henri! @fullcircle Thank you Cindy! (o:
I do the same thing Ann. You get to like a few above the others, but I keep telling myself, variety, variety. One of these days maybe I will listen to me.
@digitalrn lol Rick- when I first started using Ribbet (then called Picnik) all I wanted to do was put every picture through the Hypnotic effect I thought it was so cool! I put myself on a "hypnotic diet" ! @sarasdadandmom Thanks Terry- yes, very much like a kaleidoscope and I love those!
@summerfield Thank you Vikki! I had to come up with something as you, my long-time challenge buddy was hosting. But alas, I do not have a Godiva chocolate store nearby and I've over done the ice cream passion lately. So...post-processing to the rescue again! @twr Thank you Timothy! It's such a silly effect really but everybody loves it.
@daisy Thank you Kathryn! I could go overboard with it on every picture if I allowed myself to! @mrssmith203 Thank you Carla! lol I really can't claim anything for it, since all I do is pick the effect and the computer does the rest of the work.
@kerristephens Thank you Kerri!
