Normally I would say Disney, but this doesn't look like Disney :-) But even though it's in my neighborhood, I haven't been there for over 10 years and they've made a lot of changes since then.. So could be? Anyway, this is really a cute photo of the loveable Pooh bear. I love it!
He really is such a special bear. I do love many of his quote but I think this one is one of my all time favourites:
