As I wandered about the campus I was particularly attracted to the flowers. Some were in full bloom and others were just past their prime. These bushes had the most amazing red leaves and I loved the way they looked against the brickwork. This shot also made it into the "favorites" slide show after the critique and one observant club member saw something else that was unique in this shot. Can you see what she saw?
I really like the selective focus, and the heart-shaped leaf blends beautifully with the background. Am faving this one! I can see why it was a favorite.
