Another Columbine
This shot was taken in my friend Jane's garden. I'm truly surprised to see how many different colors this lovely wildflower comes in!

Beautiful! I love columbines! The backlighting of your shot shows off their structure so well.

Great shot, Ann. Such a beautiful flower. I don't think we have any around here. I might have to go poking about. Great angle and detail. The petals look almost translucent. Well done :)

The back lighting really brings out the shapes and lines in this flower - beautiful. We don't see these here in Africa.

Good idea to take it from below, with the light coming through the petals. really brings out all the details.

Thank you Jackie, Kerri, Terry, Diane, Anita, Sandi, Daisy, Rick, Bev, Brian, Debs, Suse, Carole, Vesna, and Mary Beth!
This was one of those times I decided I needed a new pov and put the camera under the flower. I was pleased with the outcome.
@neatz
That's an interesting reaction Anita. In what way? I'm curious.
@cimes1
I thought so too Carole!
