I don't know if this is the actual name of this "mushroom", but there was one in white that looked somewhat similar called "Ramaria Formosa". But I could not find a picture that matched it exactly. It is definitely very strange looking and we have several clusters of it growing by the discarded and rotting wood which we won't be burning in the woodstove.
