I've been keeping my eyes open for a "pattern" shot as I skipped over it on the original day and posted another word from Debs' December challenge instead. When I was at the Farmer's Market today I was attracted to the Brussels Sprouts (yes, I do like them!) and bought a cluster to bring home. I was just about to cut them up for cooking when I realized I could use them for my pattern shot!
Oh, you got really fresh sprout! And then you captured them perfectly. What a wonderful photo they made and then you get to enjoy eating them. I love Brussels Sprouts!!
Wow, I have never seen them for sale still attached to their stem. They are delicious with crispy bacon and almond flakes. I also cook them with sautéed onions and cream.
Great perspective! I have only seen Brussels sprouts like this from my own garden. I have never seen them sold this way at our farmer's market. I imagine the sprouts would be fresher this way.
