No, that's just the nick-name I gave to my over the top crazy photo processing fun which results in the picture not even looking remotely like what it was in the first place. I called it foto-foolery but one of my long-time friends on here said it should be called "ann-foolery". The program I used for this craziness is called Smart Photo Editor. But you can play with effects in any program and get this kind of result.
