I was asked by some friends to photograph them in action at a conference this past week end. Although I am not that kind of photographer and I don't have the equipment for it either, they still wanted me to come and photograph them. The resort where the conference was being held was quite amazing- decorated with artwork from indigenous tribes all over the African continent- and bought directly from the artists, not through a middle-man. Obviously this is not one of those pieces of art! "He" was hanging in one of the eateries where we had lunch. There were many elephants throughout the building- I think it is one of their trademarks.

There were actually several sculptures and also some pictures on the walls that were of elephants- truly art, this fellow I think was more promotional- he was hanging over the entrance to the water park.
