Thank you Nicole, Babs, Allison, Katy and Chris! Normally I would have kept it in color, but you may notice what appears to be some strong side lighting here. I hadn't realized it, but my setting had bumped into manual and so the ISO and everything else was way off! At first I thought the picture was unsalvagable- but then remembered that black and white can tone some of the problems created by this so gave it a try and was happy with the result!
