thank you all- I'm glad you like it as an abstract or because of the colors. It truly is not a great shot, but that is one of the unique things about art- "one man's ceiling is another man's floor".

@henrir It is a series of plastic straws placed one next to the other. The camera is low shooting straight at them and the green part that looks like it's a top, is actually just my kitchen counter top.
