Raindrops on the Vernal Pool (bw)

From our photo walk at Hermes Paradise Creek Nature Preserve. We had just arrived at the vernal pool when the sky opened up and the rain came down. We covered up our cameras and took cover ourselves under the trees. About 15 minutes later it was dry again.

One of those interesting pools of water that are found in a forest and one almost thinks it's not there because it blends in with the surroundings so well.
