Quick upload this morning. As I came down stairs and looked out of the window I loved the look of the bright yellow rape seed just coming into flower in the fields - looking lovely against a blue sky. I wondered why I had started to sneeze these last few days!!
I have shown you this view from my upstairs window before but in winter with frost on the ground. I think I will keep a watch out and try to get a shot through the seasons.
Also just checking out my Canon 17-40mm lens - I think this one will be coming with to Chicago.
Many thanks for your wonderful comments on my birds collecting all the nesting material. I have so many shots I may be sharing more this week as I am quite busy.
A lovely view and I know what you mean about being busy. I have still to make up my mind which lenses to take let alone clothes! Chicago is looking nearer - yippee!
Gee wow, I like how the village just stops and the paddocks start. The colours are great, especially with the lines of yellow rape-seed. Some years ago some lily-livered authority here decided rape-seed was sufficiently non-PC to be changed so that crop is now known as canal in Oz.
