Taffy, Jim, Donna and I went to Wrigley Field for the Cubs V Washington game. So exciting as the Cubs are at the top of the league and it's been 107 years since they won the Championship. (All the wrong terms I expect LOL) What a fabulous afternoon!! Great seats with a perfect view - in the shade which was wonderful as it was so hot and sunny yesterday! Poor Jim between myself and Donna trying to explain the game of Baseball to us!! I loved it - so exciting and to be there at the home game and The Cubs won - wow what a great last day we were having!!
Can you see the ball? It's travelling at nearly 100 mph!! Best on black of course!!

Fantastic action shot. I love the stripes in the grass going different ways. Yes I can see the ball, just about to enter the brown segment in front of the batter.

Love love love that the ball is on the move and you caught it! Much more fun yesterday than today (I'm cleaning out my university office and just taking a lunch break).

Great action shot, love how you have caught the anticipation of the runner at first thinking of stealing second and the first base man keeping a close eye on him, and then of course the pitcher and the ball in mid flight. Fantastic shot. GO SOX !!! :)
