Great! I spent a large part of the day, exploring 'historic' downtown and none of those shots really pop. Some of them are ok, but none are worth writing home about, ya know? And it was no fault of the subjects'. There is some fine old architecture in Los Angeles, but my camera/skills failed to catch it.
So here you see the New and Improved Los Angeles. LOL
We do have some VERY tall, shiny buildings.

Wow, amazing coincidence! We have some similar shots. I suppose that's only natural to be drawn to the same fascinating structures and shoot from similar angles. The really strange part is that we were doing it within days of each other, apparently.
I haven't had a chance to look at all of your Los Angeles photos, but I was glad to see that you visited the Bradbury Bldg. I had never been inside until this past Saturday, and my jaw hit the floor when I walked in.
And you were even in Pasadena! LOL This is a small world.
It sounds like you enjoyed your visit. I'm glad. :-)
Wow this is amazing! I just kept staring at it... imagining what it must feel like to stand under it staring up.... wow.... and yes, so shiny and lovely :) Super shot and I bet you had a wonderful time exploring the city :)
