wonderful PoV, that lake appears to go on forever. loving the detail - right to the pylons on the hillside.. great reflections and super processing too.. in my book it's a winner :-)
@jorlam Thank you for your lovely comments they are much appreciated, I don't need to tell you what an awful grey day its been not really suitable for landscape photography with no definition at all in the sky:)
@pcoulson it looks like the gloom is here for the next few days too.. no wonder us Brits talk incessantly about the weather.. i stayed indoors, it's warmer and much more colourful, lol.
this image reminds me of Shibden Hall in Halifax..
@rosiekind Thank you so much Rosie, Ansel Adams monochrome landscape images of Yosemite National Park was what first ignited my interest in photography as a 10 year old boy:)
@jorlam OMG your absolutely right its the boating lake at Sibden Hall only spent all morning there today so why did I call it Lister Park, at least I got the near Halifax part correct, many thanks for putting me straight:)
@stray_shooter Praise indeed thank you very much Ron, The book my father gave me as a small boy was an original 1930's publication moth eaten but full of wonderful images, just wish I still had it:)

wrong name does nothing to detract from a fine image though..
