From my new Christmas present book of Palestinian-inspired recipes. Za'atar roasted salmon, garlic and lemon cannellini bean mash, and roast potatoes seasoned with chilli flakes, paprika, lemon and garlic. OMG, it was heavenly!

@angelikavr Angelika, yes, fry in butter the zest of a lemon with a crushed garlic clove for a min or so, then add a drained and rinsed can of cannellini beans, plus a little water and seasoning, warm through, mash to a consistency of your choice... 😀
