end of the day

Oxford Canal: we've reached our mooring spot for the night. We tie up, have a walk about, enjoy the scenery, have a glass of something nice, read a book, get out the fishing rod, play a game of cards... you get the idea.

@fannyb Fanny, this night we were in the middle of nowhere and actually had a pasta dish on board. However, this was unusual, most nights we made sure we were within walking distance of a friendly establishment!
