They were right.....but i would have cropped the left and then left the greeny bits on the right.....but6 theres no pleasing everyone!!:)

That's what I was going to suggest as well. With this type of shot you want to crop in as tight as quality of your water drop let's you. This looks great. Lovely autumn colors.
