Tram Crossing by phil_howcroft

Tram Crossing

Following on from Sundays Train Crossing here is a tram crossing.

Shot on my android from the front of my car on my commute home from work

This location has appeared on my 365 twice before.

It's unusual for me to get on the front row of this tram and train crossing, so I always get my android out when I do.

A struggling grainy shot from my phone, but it is the best I could do today (Mon)
Great catch

Lots of speed here & a great effect with the road sort of still showing under the train..you could nearly crawl underneath !!!!!

I like the way you captured the motorcyclist waiting next to you. Great feel of speed in the streaks of motion. Phil, you have been sounding discouraged lately about your participation in 365. I hope you can rediscover the fun in this project. This shouldn't feel like a second job!

Thanks for all your comments...i've had a busy week so not much time for 365...lots of catch ups to do and several pics to post

@sparkle @sleepdozer57...juliette / peter....it's a double crossing ...the tram track runs parallel to the train track .......the barriers go down for a train crossing, the barriers stay up for a tram crossing and are only controlled by traffic lights for the tram
