Dog Walkers on a Misty Sunday Morning

The title says it all. A misty morning walking Ruby, looking across St. Mary's recreation park, Arnold at several other 'dog walkers'.

You can see the dew on the grass and the just about see the mist.

I used 'auto equalise' in the GIMP photo editor to brighten the autumn colours and give the image a full colour range.

The wire running across the frame belongs to the park and is one of those 'rope wire's were you dangle from the end and ride along.

Hope the wire does not spoil the shot

Love the little figures, they just look like you have positioned them there on purpose, all with dogs too....quite a little community!!! The soft mistiness of it is very pleasing to the eye & the wire doesn't spoil it in the least! Looks a promise of a beautiful day.

"Auto equalize" sounds like a very useful component. I don't use GIMP, but I'll see if it is available on the programs I do use. I love the layers of this picture and the wire reinforces that feeling. Well captured.
