Ping Pong in the City

A continuation to my Nottingham Riviera shot. The city council have put up free table tennis tables at various locations in the city centre. They are proving very popular.

I asked these two men if I could photograph them. It was a keenly fought game :)

I really like these communal opportunities in city centres. The pianos come to mind mostly....I was talking to Jack about them yesterday.....would love to be out with him & he could play the piano in his best style...I would be so,proud!
You could have a good game here with some spectators to cheer you on. I saw on TV today that you can watch people playing computer games, apparently it's very popular. Fills me with horror.....not as good for you as pin pong!
