Storm Across The Wash by phil_sandford

Storm Across The Wash

Shot taken yesterday from Heacham beach in Norfolk, across The Wash into Lincolnshire. The forecast for the day was thunderstorms and, though we saw many (this one for example), we weren't actually hit by any ourselves.

I hope the couple in the photo (left side of picture) found cover before this crossed the water and made land.
Fabulously dramatic!

No dramatic cliffs like the Jurassic coast, in fact flat as a pancake, but that sky certainly makes up for it! Great capture!

Super storm clouds capture I have been to Heacham beach many times with weather like this and a long walk to get off the beach when the tide is out.
